This program was taken up to provide mental, emotional and financial support to deserving candidates. Merit of each candidate was evaluated based on their performance, eagerness and love for pressing ahead in the field of education and financial and family status. First generation learners and students from low income group enjoy a priority here. This assistance is provided at school, college and University levels. Scholarship amount and duration varies based on the requirement of the student. We even go to the extent of supporting medical needs of the family heads so that the child can pursue his or her studies without much worries. It is being done as it is felt that education is the birth right of all the children and education only can guide a person to face all the challenges of life and enable him to be a conscious social member who in turn can help others. Thus we wanted to set a cycle that will perpetually go on feeding our society and help build up a healthy environment.

Before 2016-17 we had supported 4 needy talented students ,who completed their graduation degree and got employment in reputed organizations like TCS, Coco Cola, VKC Group and Jayashree Electro mechanical . This success has shown us the path and we have started supporting another 10 Students from various streams. The HES program provided a lot of support and mentorship to those students impacted by pandemic and natural disaster affected students of different parts of Bengal ( mainly southern part , which was very badly affected by three successive storms). We could stand behind the students who lost their books in the storm. There was no looking back from this point and went on siding with underprivileged students and their parents. Our continuous effort helped our dream come true and now we have at least 6 such students who have the title and a decent job. This gave us immense faith on the potential of our project and we vow to go ahead.
Method of selection is very simple. Candidate or his guardians have to apply stating their requirements. HES committee gets in touch with them and evaluates the merit. The recommendation is put before the committee for a final approval. Money is transferred through NET BANKING. We ask the beneficiaries to intimate once in a month regarding their progress , health status , family condition or any other relevant issues. We also talk to their teachers to update ourselves regarding their performance.
